Ordering and Delivery Policy

In compliance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable Dutch consumer law.
This policy is reviewed and updated at least annually. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the effective date above.
1. Free Click and Collect
You can collect your order free of charge on the same day at one of our Pearls and Swines kids concept stores.

Availability: You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection. This is typically on the same day the order is placed.

2. Shipping and Delivery
All orders are shipped via PostNL. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a Track and Trace code.
In accordance with Article 6:230o of the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek), we clearly state the delivery period below. Please note that these are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

3. Order Processing
When will my order be shipped?
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 working days from our warehouse in the Netherlands.
- We do not ship on weekends or Dutch public holidays.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday will be shipped at the start of the following working week.
Pre-orders (in accordance with Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code):
- Netherlands: In-stock items are shipped immediately. Pre-order items are shipped separately at no additional cost as soon as they become available.
- International orders: The entire order is shipped only when all items are in stock. If you would like to receive in-stock items sooner, please place them as a separate order.
4. Delivery Times
- Netherlands: 1–3 working days after shipment.
- International: 6–21 working days after shipment, subject to local customs clearance procedures.
Pearls and Swines cannot be held responsible for delays caused by PostNL, customs authorities, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate.
5. Customs and Import Duties
For deliveries outside the European Union (including the United Kingdom), the recipient may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Please note: From 1 July 2026, a new EU customs rule applies a flat duty of €3 per item on all e-commerce shipments under €150 from non-EU sellers. As Pearls and Swines is an EU-based seller, this rule does not apply to orders placed with us. However, import duties may still apply in your country of destination outside the EU.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an international order.
6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. Pearls and Swines cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery or uncollected package, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.
