We hope you will love everything you order from us. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your purchase under the following conditions.
1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase without giving any reason within a period of 14 days. This withdrawal period starts from the day after you (or a third party you have designated) receive the goods.
2. Return Procedure
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract within the 14-day period. 3. Conditions for Return Shipment·

Shipping Costs: The direct cost of returning the goods is your responsibility.·
Recommended Shipping: We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for the value of the products. Pearls & Swines is not liable for damage to or loss of the return shipment during transit.
4. Refund
We will refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
