We offer both Click & Collect service and worldwide shipping, operating in compliance with Dutch legislation.
1. Free Click & Collect
You can pick up your order free of charge on the same day at our kids concept store, under the following conditions.

· Availability: You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. This is typically on the same day the order is placed.

2. Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped via PostNL. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a Track & Trace code.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Estimates:
In accordance with Article 6:230o of the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek), we clearly state the delivery period. Please note this is an estimate.

3. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
When will my order be shipped?
· Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 working days from our warehouse in the Netherlands.
· We do not ship on weekends or official public holidays.
· Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday will be shipped at the beginning of the following working week.
Please note: Pre-orders (Article 6:230p Dutch Civil Code)
· Domestic (NL) orders: In-stock items are shipped immediately. Pre-order items are shipped separately at no additional cost as soon as they become available.
· International orders: The entire order is shipped only when all items are in stock. If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, please place them in a separate order.
When will my order be delivered?
· Netherlands: 1-3 working days after shipment.
· International: 6 to 21 working days after shipment, subject to customs clearance.
